   I initially made the mistake of trying a large UK wide company thinking they'll do the trick. Ive never been so wong and let down - 3 weeks of me chasing them and them getting it wrong twice left me deflated. I then sent Car Glass Direct a message and had a call back quickly. Paul then had the glass ordered immediately and installed within 48 hours. The cost was also far less than the big company quotes, so call these guys if you need new glass and you'll get a great customer service and price. I always try to use local where possible and I guess I learnt yet again this is a good ethos. Cheers John

   Following an MOT failure due to a deterioration in a windscreen repair, Windscreens Direct were recommended by my regular mechanic. Requested several quotes and not only were Windscreens Direct very competitive but were able to offer an appointment which was soon and convenient. Communication was excellent throughout so I knew what was happening. Paul was great, professional, knowledgeable and had a very pleasant demeanour. Very pleased with the finished replacement. Definitely worthy of a Five Star review. Would happily recommend and should the need arise would definitely use them again.
