   Received a tremendous level of customer service from both the mechanic and the boss. Did not hesitate to work with me in all the repairs I did. (I repaired almost the whole car.) I even made a few changes midway which they were very happy to accommodate for. In regard to pricing, I was given a very reasonable price. For the quality of work they did, I know I’d have paid more elsewhere. They made my car look brand new again. I’ve always used different garages and mechanics across the years. I’ll be sticking with this garage for all of my cars from now on. Genuine brothers. You are a fool if you don’t use this garage I’ll be real lad.

   The service for these guys was excellent, they kept me informed about my car. Nothing was too much trouble for them, my Nissan will be back when it next needs something doing and I would highly recommend their service, my car was returned to me in immaculate condition. Special thanks to Zahid who looked after me well after the accident, you made everything simple.

   Great service! After coming home from work one day I found my Lamborghini Aventador was scratched along all panels on the right hand side (looked as though the damage was caused by a key of some sort), recommended through a close and trusted friend, I took my damaged vehicle to Imperials Group Ltd for a repair. My vehicle was repaired and ready to be back on the road within a matter of days as the management team had assured me it would be. While I was at Imperials for the initial vehicle assessment I received great customer care from the whole team as well as being offered refreshments amongst a friendly environment. All acquisitions where dealt with promptly and with a smile. Will be using their service again if required in the future. THANKS AGAIN TO THE WHOLE TEAM AT IMPERIALS GROUP!!!

   RIP off stay away bunch of cowboys took my car to be repaired under my insurance we collected is was not even repaired they ask my to get the part and get it replaced my self and they will reimburse me, they never answered my call again. Go to a proper garage if u need a repair
