   The worst place I’ve ever dealt with. Had my car for 5 weeks. The car sat on the driveway for three weeks. Keeps coming up with excuses that. The final straw I went to talk to then and upon leaving the shop finding my car on fire due to their lack of ability. They’ve now said they have found the circuit but no one knows where it goes. They’ve even told me they’ve spoke to a Renault main dealer and they don’t even know where it goes. I then question them as to wait main dealer to which they keep avoiding the question. They finally say actually it’s not a main dealer we spoke to. Constant lies from them and being fobbed off. Finally after sending a letter threatening legal action they called me to come and pick up the car as they can’t deal with it. So had the car over five weeks and done nothing other than set fire to it. They have no idea what they are doing. I’ve. Had to take the car to a main dealer today only to find out where these cowboys have had my car not only is the battery tray damaged but they have broken the under tray and used cable ties to hold it together without even telling me hoping I wouldn’t find out. DO NOT USE. Unless you want more damage to your car. Totally ignore all complaints and communication. Take them to court and get ignored. CCJ issued now upgrade to high court writ for enforcement.

   The radio in my son's 2016 Corsa packed up. My husband is able to sort minor issues in cars and found that a fuse had blown. He replaced it but it kept on blowing and we realised that there must be a short somewhere. In come Holloway Auto. They were brilliant from the first call and drop off to pick up. Ray kept us updated and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. From the off he suspected the stereo but checked over everything to make sure nothing was missed. We were all very impressed with everything. Two new customers for sure. Happily recommended.

   Such amazing guys at Holloway. I called on Monday after getting an MOT fail after being let down by another mechanic, and the guys managed to get my car repaired and passed on the MOT within a couple days. Such an honest company with great prices and even told me the headlamps didn't need to be polished after being told on the previous MOT they did. Gained a lifelong customer, always going to go back to this place for my MOT

   I'll be the first to admit that I was in a rush and even though the owner had been kind enough to perform an initial diagnostic on the car, he was honest and upfront that the repair may take a little longer than my deadline. I felt guilty coming to collect the car before the work was done, but he was an absolute gentleman and couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. He even helped me to bump start my car so I could drive it away. Based solely on this interaction, I can understand why others have rated this place highly and I feel inclined to do the same.

   5 stars - kwik fit told me my headlight wiring was in a bad way, and there was nothing they could do. Recommended a few places but ended up finding holloway on Google - truly deserving of its 5 stars - sorted out my 'few lose connections' rapidly - just enough time to go to the shops over the road and grab some lunch. All done for a ridiculously reasonable price too - and to think I was sweating after what kwik fit told me!!! I'll be coming back for my interim service very soon and plan to use these guys for any mot/ repair work in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ray polished my car scratches which I didn't request him to do so. *With no extra cost* These day really hard to find anyone who serving customer Honestly and integrity, and not having their mind on "Money always comes First". Recommended to everyone. And I have got my MOT booked for next month. Another happy customer review.
