   My experience with Beautiful Bambino has been nothing short of atrocious. I placed my order on 11th November and after that, it was complete radio silence. No updates. No emails. Nothing. I had to chase them over and over, sending emails that were completely ignored. After FOUR weeks of waiting, I had to call them myself just to find out what was going on. Only then was I told, in the most careless way imaginable, “Oh, I’ve just checked the invoice and unfortunately we don’t have it in stock. What do you wanna do?” Customer service I’ve recieved was shockingly rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to how unacceptable this situation was. The attitude alone was enough to put me off ever ordering again. In my personal opinion, this company has zero communication, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers. If anyone is thinking of buying from here, DON’T. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

   Ordered the Nuna lightweight pram package after amazing advice from the team. The lady we spoke to had patience and lots of knowledge. We wanted a lightweight sturdy option and after having a c section the Nuna is so easy to use and carry. It is easy to fold away and disconnect to the car seat and cot options. 100% would recommend!

   The most incredible knowledgable team no matter who serves you. Lucy however went beyond our expectations, She truly is amazing at her job. Lucy speaks with personal experience and industry knowledge leaving you feeling totally content with your decision of product. I must also point out Beautiful Bambinos pricing is the most competitive out there. We cannot believe how much we saved across everything we bought. 100% recommend. Huge thanks we will be back! Ps the christmas decorations are spot on!

Upon ordering it said delivery within 2-3 weeks, the travel system arrived 2 days later! Very impressed! Would highly recommend this store. The travel system was as described.    Had a really good experience at Beauitful Bambino. Cannot fault their service at all. We ordered our pram through them and it was a complete stress free process right from ordering to delivery. They even helped us with the assembly of the pram and the fitting of the car seat. Would highly recommend.

   We cannot praise this shop enough. As first-time parents, we didn't know where to begin with when choosing a pram bundle. We visited Beautiful Bambino twice. Once to have a first look after being at Mamas and Papas and the second time after visiting John Lewis. The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable, they made us feel more confident with our choice. Joe was the one that explained every little detail to us, dismantled every bit of the pram/car seat/carrier cot and got us to try it out ourselves. None of the big stores mentioned above gave us these opportunities or paid the same attention to us and our questions. Excellent payment methods and flexibility with delivery. Very good variety of products. We went for an I candy and we loved the choice in colours.

   I had such a lovely experience with Beautiful Bambino. We had been shopping around for our pram for awhile now and had two very bad experiences with other companies, one that ended up being a scam. When I reached out to BB to enquire about the price (we had just missed out on a lower price deal before the supplier increased their costs to the shop), they kindly offered us a discount to near match what it was before. On top of that, we were able to get the carrier we wanted on deal as well, and it all arrived within a few days of the stock becoming available. The team at BB were kind and accommodating and I'm so happy we purchased with them!

   I don’t usually write reviews but I thought the fantastic service I received was definitely worth mentioning! I have ordered from here twice and couldn’t fault the service. Any email I sent was relied to in the same day and even received a phone call to make sure I have received them. They updated my order for me when I wanted to change the product ordered. Thank you to the team, it definitely makes the difference to a first time mummy to be :)
