   SCAM COMPANY NOT REAL ENGINEERS - DO NOT USE! Company advised they could test and fix a gearbox actuator. All information was given to ensure they could check. They confirmed they could test and repair. They had part for 10 days. On the 10th day they emailed to say they could only test half of the actuator. Obviously that was neither use nor ornament to us so I expected them to post it back and I find another company- yet this company thinks I should pay for them testing half of the unit! Never heard anything like it. They were contracted to test and repair the unit NOT half of it. A normal person would of contacted us before hand and told us they cannot test the whole unit BEFORE wasting their time testing half of it. It's absolutely laughable. They now have my very expensive part and are holding it hostage. I am now starting legal proceedings against SINSPEED. Don't make my mistake.

   I didnt trust the advert so i took my ABS pump to the address and they were real, after a bit of email to and throw phone not working staff. part fixed came back DHL fitted part it worked fine back on the road. only problem is waiting on emails,

   Would give no stars if I could. SCAMMERS. Do not send them your parts!!! Couldn't find a fault with my ABS Pump even though my garage found the fault straight away!!!

   Shocking service. Small dent repair to the front wing and wheel powder coating has so far taken 2 weeks and still no sign of getting my car back. Phone calls are ignored and promised call backs never happen. Zak is rude when you do get through to him, shouts down the phone at you and tells you he "doesnt have time for this" Avoid this company at all costs.

   Had to get my Swift looked at because the brakes would randomly fail (go soft) and my local garage confirmed it needed a new abs, the dealer price was way too much and I found these guys online. I emailed, got a quote and then booked in to have the job done. They gave me frequent updates and now I have my car back, working just like it should with a reliable braking system at less than half what the dealer wanted! They also carried out a full vehicle health check at the same time, so it's ready for Winter! Great price, great service, definitely recommended these guys, so helpful and quick to respond to me after I emailed them. Will always come here first for any car related problems.

   Zak Elahi was great at all levels! My BMW had a major issue as it went through the MOT but despite the challenge Zak was able to use his creativity and resolve the matter. He was honest when explaining what the issue was. He actually showed me the faulty parts and explained the problem to me in a way that I actually understood. I've been coming to this garage for the last 3 years and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it specially if you have a BMW. Zak provide an excellent customer service as well as specialist BMW experience. Zak had the ability to reassure me that the few issues my BMW had were resolved for my peace of mind. Above all I recommend Sinspeed not just because of their specialist know-how and experience on BMW's but mainly because of their hard work, innovative drive and, most importantly, their honesty. They are good value for money. 5 stars without a doubt!
