I wouldn't take my stepdaughter anywhere else. Always professional and friendly, from booking in, to finish. The staff even called me to check the details were right before the appointment. Thank you to all the Toni&Guy staff, especially Lydia, who has always been fabulous to Amy (stepdaughter).

Super friendly, staff very attentive and was offered a coffee ☕ on arrival. Lovely head massage whilst having my hair washed. Really nice vibe in the salon and I walked out feeling a million dollars thanks to Lizzie the stylist.
I made a last minute appointment with Lizzy today - I had never met her before but she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut that was exactly what I asked for. I got a lot of good advice on what to do to care for my very damaged hair going forward and a plan to get to my goal. I have not been a regular customer before but I have visited the salon on occasion and it is always clean and well kept. I will be back!
I absolutely love my new curly hair! The stylist did an amazing job — she really understood what I wanted and made my curls look perfect. She was skilled, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I can’t remember her name, but I’ll definitely be coming back to her again. Highly recommend!
This was my first visit to the salon and it was a pleasure from start to finish. I had a friendly welcome; Gary listened to what I had to say, what I liked about my hair and what I wasn’t keen on. He gave me a lesson in how to style my hair, bearing in mind that I am not a ‘natural’ hairdresser and am pushed for time. He told me about the products he was using and why - there was no pressure at all to buy but I did buy them all. My hair looks healthy, shiny and beautifully cut and styled. This visit was a pleasure from the minute I walked through the door - I thoroughly enjoyed it all! Thank you Gary
Was bought a gift card for mothers day. Was very excited as Toni & Guy is a well known brand. I don't like to give negative feed back but I have to say I was very disappointed and upset with my experience. My appointment was 2pm and it was 2.50pm before the hair colour service started . We discussed the colour choice, I explaining I wanted copper tone rather than`red tone. I booked for root touch up and Cut. Before now when I have had previous colour services I have had the roots completed and the last 10 minutes of developing the rest of my hair was freshened up, with with a semi colour or combed the excess colour from roots down. I explained I didn't want red tones or go darker and that's what I have come out with. I was also going to be charged an extra £27 on top of my £100 gift card, because I had full head colour, when I actually booked root retouch online. I was never advised that I would have to have full head colour, or advised that was having that service. To go ahead and just do it in my opinion is not acceptable. Like I said, as a result I feel, the colour is not my required choice, and felt very upset and anxious that I had to voice my opinion and refuse to pay the extra of which was never discussed or advised anyway. Im sorry to leave this review, but I feel it can only count as constructive feedback to try to not make the same mistake, to listen to the clients request and always advise the client what you are doing due to extra cost at the end is a shock. All staff were friendly.
After my step mother has had some terrible experiences at other salons, she was very anxious about going to the hairdressers again. She has early dementia, and struggling with speech. We were welcomed so warmly by all staff, and my stepmother was listened to and treated with respect and attention to detail. She was so happy with her hair she was crying with happiness, and now does not stop chatting about her visit to this salon. We were very apprehensive about bringing her, but now will only go to this salon and see liv. 1st class stylist and salon. Very well done to all. Be back soon. Xxx
As always the service was excellent. Jade did a wonderful and skilful job of subtlety colouring my hair. 4 colours were used. Mel cut my hair with her usual panache. All the staff are so friendly. Vicky is so efficient at sorting out my appointments. I love the back massage and hot towel treatment. I go to Tony and Guy every 5 weeks.
