I am a HCA and I went with a lady who I help who is the most awful experience of my life. Me and my colleague sat for 2 1/2 hours making sure the Lady Who we care for was safe and having a lovely time not once did any of the staff tour was offers drinks or anything I have never felt so uncomfortable and I have never known rudeness like it
I went to order a service..hair mask and blow dry. The mask didn't even last 5 minutes, but the final treatment was really great. But the problem was with payment.I paid a deposit but they didn't include it in the final payment. In the end I paid £6 more than I should have.
Recently had a blowdry. The stylist was lovely—friendly and professional, and she offered some great advice for my hair, which I really appreciated. However, there was an issue with the payment. I had paid a deposit when booking online, but this wasn’t deducted from the final payment in the salon. I had to follow up by phone to request the refund, and unfortunately, it’s now been a week and I still haven’t received it. If deposits are going to be taken for online bookings,all staff should be aware of this at checkout, so clients aren’t left chasing refunds.

I booked into Regis last minute for a quick cut and blow-dry. I was really bored and fed up of my hair but I never really know what to do with it. When I arrived, Tonie took the time to ask me about my hair routine and actually recommended how to cut my hair to give it more style and also suggested what colour I needed to use to return back to my natural hair colour (instead of the mix of blonde that really wasn't working for me). Even though I had only booked in for a cut, Tonie fitted me in for a cut and colour and didn't think twice about moving her lunch break to accommodate me. She was friendly, professional and super helpful. I was so happy with the final result, it's the best I've felt after a visit to the hairdresser in years. I'd booked into Regis as a one off but after the service I received I've already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you Tonie for taking the time to advise and help me.
I have been a client of Kim's for many years now and I wouldn't go to anyone else.She is fantastic at her job and listens to you with many years experience under her belt.Regis is very lucky to have her working at the salon.
Great salon in chester city centre shopping precinct. I've been twice for a full head of highlights and a blow dry, will definitely be going again. Really friendly staff. Good location and reasonable prices for a city salon. Olaplex and Wella shine treatments available. Recommend booking in advance although they do take walkins if there are spaces available.
