   I had a consultation with Gemma today about getting a new topper. She was so helpful and I learned so much about the care and styling of a topper than I ever knew before. She even washed and styled my own topper to show me what could be achieved !!    Had the most amazing spa experience ever with the Japanese head massage .Best treatment by a mile to relax you. It wasn't just a scalp massage it left my whole body feeling so relaxed. I could hardly speak at the end . Best money ever spent on my wellbeing. Then to finish had my weekly blow dry. Gemma certainly has the magic touch from head massage to fabulous bouncy blow dry.

   I went here to get my hair done by Emily, a full colour correction and it was a whole job but she went above and beyond for me. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back, the salon is gorgeous and I can’t rave about Emily enough she was talking me through every step of the way and got me the hair I wanted whilst keeping it healthy and I can’t thank her enough. The before and after pictures speak for themselves!!

   Where do I begin well a huge thank you for starters that's for sure to the amazing Gemma. I cant thank her enough for giving me the confidence that I lacked when I walked into her shop over two years ago that's when I bought my first wig one of many may i add My hair was thinning rapidly due having hair extensions over the years etc. The knowledge ,patience and so much time she put into me to make sure I was completely happy and more importantly making sure I got my confidence back. The amount of compliments I get about my hair let me tell you you wouldn't believe. No- one as ever suspected I wear wigs at all and those who know cannot believe they are so real but that is down to Gemma who creates that I feel I have stepped out of the Timotei advert ( showing my age now I mean my a hair not me hahaha) but this all down to Gemma . Apart from her amazing creativity she as created such a warm and friendly atmosphere feels like you are going home . I love my visits when I drop off my wigs to have cleaned and styled another great service she provides A special shout out to her staff too they too are a friendly bunch

   I'd highly recommend The Secret Halo. Gemma was really helpful, and I never felt rushed, even when I was asking her lots of questions! I visited her a few times before purchasing a hair topper. I've had alopecia for 20 years and she was great with her advice. I've visited many hair salons, especially recently, so I already had an idea of what I wanted. She went through the options with me and discussed the pros and cons. I was able try on a topper she had and some wigs too before deciding on what I wanted. Thanks Gemma, I'm so happy with my hair now!
