Been here three times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. My hair was ruined by overbleaching and Debbie rescued it for me! Great advice and aftercare, feel so comfortable and welcome by the whole team. Keep up the fantastic work ladies ❤️
So I’ve been going to this place for a while now and not had any troubles but yesterday I had without exaggeration the worst haircut of my life. It was with some guy that I’ve not seen before and it starts fine, he cleans my hair and does a good job but after that it was straight downhill. So I ask him to take less than a centimetre off my ends, I’ve been growing my hair out and was really happy with it, he took off several inches. As well the cut was incredibly uneven to the point it looked like I had hacked away with scissors myself. When I ask him to thin the ends he used the scissors side ways, ripping clumps of my hair out. I asked for heat protectant and he used something that was not heat protectant. The strips of hair at the front that shape your face were over 10x bigger than I’ve ever had before, it looks ridiculous. To top it off I’ve never had such a painful trip to the hairdressers, he yanked my hair so hard pulling me around by it. I have a headache still as writing this a day later. Afterwards my hair felt more horrible than before I went it, dry and damaged. In summary, avoid.
Love the girls here so down to earth and they listen too you ... I have only ever been here when ever I do get my hair done and I’ve no complaints Debbie and Lara have done my hair on occasions and I can’t fault them today I walked out of that hairdressers very happy I love my balayage it’s how I wanted it plus debbies mum gives you a fab head massage when rinsing your hair and does a great cuppa ☕️ x
The staff are friendly and attentive, very professional and worked very hard help me with the colouring to give my hair a new lease of life.
Got treated very badly by the manager, would not let me talk to the stylist, was very ignorant . Seems to me the stylists there can only cut hair in a bob style. Manager only interested in money and not customer service. I would NOT recommend this salon. I have been to many salons in the past and NEVER treated in this way. No stars if Google allowed it.
First visit Scott was lovely and actually listened to what I said about my hair. Love my new hair style and will definitely be returning for my next cut. I have now had my hair cut by Scott three times and have been really pleased with the cut every time
