Used them for many years - so i feel like my review is fair. They’re overall good but will always diagnose an issue and take your money but if the problem reoccurs 3 months later they will charge again and say remember i told you last time it could be x y or z…. Just feels dishonest and cash grabbing so ive gone elsewhere for this reason… even after 7 years using them they don’t remember you
Poor service.. they did full service in my car today, took it for a drive.. car broke and struck in Road. Now waiting for recovery vehicle. Very bad quality service.
Bad experience I make booking yearly but when I come in my booking time they told me their wheel trucking machine is not working but in that time the mechanic do trucking for other car

Used Regent's a few times and have always been professional and competitive with their prices. They won't charge for work you don't need so honesty is a big factor. Would highly recommend.
Really helpful receptionist, good prices even with price rises. Very honest mechanics, showed us the before and after of the spark plugs and air filter for full service. Have been going for years. Best call them to check if the car is ready, otherwise be prepared to do some shopping at the nearby Aldi.
