   Bought this "Vibe Optisound Complete Speaker Kit - Toyota" Ordered click and collect from Bromley store - when I got home I realised it was already opened and parts were missing. Checked stock online - Dartford showed 2 in stock. Arrived at Dartford hoping to exchange - turns out the '2 in stock' were actually mounted in their speaker display wall, so I couldn't get a replacement. (Dartford staff were very helpful however) Had to go to Maidstone the day after to get a replacement. Got home, opened the box again and found that the kit (unopened this time) doesn't contain the items on the product page or in the pictures. It is a Vibe Slick 6c kit, which requires you to route wires from a crossover box (so not plug and play at all) with only 1 set of speaker adaptors (not 2) and some mounting rings. Not the Optisound speakers that are shown on the description. Contacted customer support, and have still not heard back from anyone after 5 days. Very frustrating experience from Halfords.

   Had my windscreen chip repaired - I am super impressed. Very helpful staff and an excellent repair carried out. Will absolutely go back if needed again. Also bought some tools - very impressed with the quality and pricing. The 150pc tool set is a bargain!

   Very efficient and capable staff, both in the shop and outside in the fitting bays. The technician replaced both the dipped beam and sidelight bulbs, plus rear number plate bulbs on my Honda. He certainly knew what he was doing. It's a fiddly job and I was happy to pay for someone else to do it.

   What a fantastic team. We came in to have dash cams fitted front and rear, the staff were really helpful and approachable, our purchase was in store waiting for us and the team got straight on to fitting it for us , they made sure we were able to use it and how to adjust it if needed .. it’s 10 out of 10 for us and a big thank you to the team.

   Previously raised a query on Google regarding a tyre pump that wasn't doing what I wanted. Had a fair response from Halfords h/o albeit I could not get a satisfactory answer. Took pump back to store. No box, no receipt. Staff were extremely helpful, sorted it all out and I exchanged for, hopefully, a more powerful unit.

   Bought a car battery with fitting on line for my Volvo. I turned up at my local Halfords and the fitter started work. After ½h he told me he could not fit the battery because he didn't know how. He didn't know what all the cables did and he didn't want to mess the management system up. Perhaps Halfords should establish what the capability of their staff is so people don't waste their time.

   Came in today to get some brighter head light bulbs. Whilst looking on the iPad for the bulbs I needed, I was approached by Ben who was extremely friendly and helpful! He promptly found me the right bulbs for my car and was really accommodating. Shame that I can’t give more stars! Ben was also really chatty and just a great person to talk to. He also explained how he has a mechanical background which is also very reassuring! I will defiantly be returning for anything I need in the future! :)

   Came in here to buy a bicycle for my daughter. The knowledgeable member of staff who helped us was great. She gave us simple and no nonsense advice. I can't vouch for the quality of the purchase yet but the friendly and efficient service combined with the bicycle we chose being in stock and ready for collection same day made it a great buying experience.
