   Spent £300 on a mattress told £27 for delivery.Then get a text to ring this number and now get told £45 I can see the shop from where I live. Not good they need to get a local delivery team. Staff very nice I've used this shop several times over the years. But No More.

   We went for table and chairs we didn't like the chairs that went with the table but was told you can have any of the chairs with table you just add the difference. Very helpful and pleasant. They didn't have the chairs we wanted so the gentleman found the shop who had them and reserved them for us. Brilliant staff.

   Called in today to buy some chairs we'd seen online but weren't on display (it's a smaller store, I get it) a member of staff overhead and offered her help. She said she was sure they had the chairs and went to check. She was back in a flash and showed us one of the chairs in its flat-pack form so we were assured what we were getting and then lugged the huge box of 4 to the tills. Great service from a friendly, helpful young lady called Hope. Well done.

   Been shopping here since they first opened. Cannot fault them in any way. All the staff are so pleasant and helpful. I'm happy with everything I've bought, and any slight problems with items have been resolved speedily and with absolutely no quibbles. The manager is very hard working and goes out of his way to help. There are some great bargains available. All in all, a much better and more relaxed experience than a certain Swedish store! Thank you.

   Just to say how helpful the staff were at JYSK in Bradford. I travelled all the way from Teesside (60-odd miles) to pick up garden furniture. Despite our best efforts we couldn't squeeze the boxes in. Knowing how far I travelled, Blaze and colleagues unpacked all the boxes and placed each part in piece-by-piece, meaning I didn't need to make an extra long trip. Thanks again!
