   Great experience, staff was super kind and was seen very quickly, checked my car battery which I thought needed replacing but told me it was just low charge and I need to drive it more and then checked my tire for what I thought was a tiny puncture and told me it was just a screw that wasn’t tightened properly, didn’t charge me. Amazing service, would recommend

   Took my bmw for wheel alignment wasnt straight after the first time because of the mechanical work i got from a different garage before going to these lot so I went back again and they tracked it out a bit and now it's all straight they didnt charge me extra and really helpful and honest thank you so much

   Highly recommend this place they managed to squeeze me in without a booking, I was recommended this place as I was visiting a friend and needed tracking done. The guys were very friendly and checked the car thoroughly ensuring it was fully aligned and I drove the car back to west London without any issues.

   Goodwin tyres are the GO TO place for your wheel balancing and alignments. I can only HIGHLY recommend going to these guys as not only do they do their job to perfection, they always go above and beyond what is needed. Wayne for example, was cleaning my brake callipers when the tyres were off being balanced. He didn’t need to do this, yet took the opportunity to ensure I have a pleasant experience with these guys, which he did! I was super happy how he went above and beyond what was needed. Furthermore, James (the boss) really gets hands on and leads the team rather than boss them around as most garages do. He is super down the earth and he also does go above and beyond what is required. As I have black alloys, the weights used for balancing are silver, so naturally they are easily visible when stuck on. James however, put them in the outer side of the rim, so it wouldn’t be seen so easily. This is a lot harder to do and so I really appreciate the extra time and effort he made for this. It could have easily of been a 5 minute job, he took his time and made sure everything balanced up perfectly. Lastly, Nathan was super helpful too of which he would always let me know what’s happening with the car and any suggestions in terms of getting the best driving experience from it and what steps to take. Yet again, going above and beyond what was necessary. As most garages just get on with the work and don’t even talk to the customer. Overall, Goodwin Tyres are the best for anything Tyre/ Balancing/ Alignment related. They always exceed customer satisfaction and I will continuously go to them in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you again!

   Was recommended by a friend. Had excellent customer service. I put 2 of my own tyres on the car and got all 4 wheels balanced and aligned. They gave a a timeframe it could be complete in and stuck to it. The owner then took it fir a test drive as well to check everything was on point and provided me with the printout of the alignment. Definitely will be returning.

   This family run business is exceptional! I had some serious issues with my suspension, knocking and clunking noises. After inspection (where they showed me under the car) it was pointed out my front right control arm and strut was damaged on my Land Rover Discovery Sport which was clearly visible. James was very cooperative and persistent to fix the problems. Had a new control arm ordered by Goodwin Tyres at a very reasonable price, located my own strut and had them both changed on the day by James and his trusted mechanics (they worked overtime to get me back on the road). Noise issue resolved and alignment done! Highly recommend this place, any issues with tyre/axle/suspension and more just take your car down there speak to James and he will take care of it!
