I have been a client of Natalie and Matthews for over 10 years, whilst my mum has been a client of Melissas for the same length of time. We have never had any issues and love coming for our regular visits to the salon. We are always very well looked after. We hope to continue coming here to get our hair done for more years to come
I asked for foil highlights and I indicated that I just need bleach because my skin gets irritated with colour and they told me they cannot do it. Ridiculous! First time this happens to me. I clearly explained to them that I do NOT want colour. So it was pointless for the test. I asked for just foil highlights (by using bleach) and not colour in my scalp. I do not see what the purpose of the test would be since I already know I am allergic and I do not want colour.
