   Got a chemical cut due to over processing. Still dealing with it over a year later. Grew up in Southport & my mums been to them for 10-15yrs + at their churchtown venue. So so upsetting - trusted the brand & their reputation & had to deal with banding & breakage. Stopped bleaching completely after this appointment cos of the damage to my hair. Normally I wouldn’t write a review but went to a new hairdresser yesterday after a year and 4 months for her to say she immediately knew it was a chemical cut. Photos from a year ago when I tried to get it fixed by somebody else and many hairdressers turned me down… wish I asked for a refund

   This is the first time I've been to the salon in years. Emma was quick to understand what I was asking for, did a great dry cut applying a technique that resulted in lots of body all over. Emma gave lots of advice for managing my hair too. Emma is full of energetic personality, pleasant, warm, friendly, and fun, it was a pleasure meeting her. I was also appreciative of the ease of getting a lunch time appointment, and a fast dry cut. My visit was super convenient and I'm confident I will return rather than cut my own hair, and I'm very pleased with the cut. Thank you Emma! I hope you got my tip.

   I regularly attend Headlines Hair Birkdale. Excellent and friendly service from Lisa, who cuts my hair, and the other stylists at the salon. I was extremely pleased, as always, with my haircut today. I have booked my next appointment with Lisa for 5 weeks time. Highly recommended. Very talented stylists.

   Just moved to Southport and Brad, who freelances at Headlines, was recommended by a recent contact. Very busy salon as you would expect a few days before Christmas, but I received a very warm welcome and was offered a hot or cold drink while I waited for Brad to arrive. I had a full, unhurried consultation with Brad as you would expect at a first time appointment and left extremely happy with my colour, cut and blow dry. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend Headlines and Brad
