   Dealing with the company is fine and the bed is fine, it was the delivery team that were awful! Moaned from the get go about me living in a flat, moaned about a mattress in the room that could of been moved but he wouldn’t touch it (it was a brand new mattress in plastic so not like it was old) dropped pieces of the bed against my walls that have dented and taken a chunk from the wall and also damaged my wood flooring too. I paid extra to have the bed made for me and although they put it together, it was put together so bad that it doesn’t look level that I had to then re do the work they did. Obviously I don’t mind but I do when I paid for a service I was given poorly. As I said I can’t fault the bed it self or dealing with the order process it was just the delivery people and their lack of care or enthusiasm for the job they have been paid to do.

   Company initially were great, bed was delivered before expected and fair price but if you want a soft mattress i would not recommend getting your mattress here, within a couple of weeks their 'softest' mattress went rock hard , at the month and a half mark they sent out the exact same mattress as a replacement and when i said they weren't happy they expected me to return the mattress an hour and a half away at 8 months pregnant myself when i said i didn't even drive in order to get a refund so i asked how they expected me to do that or if they expected me to pay a moving company over a hundred pounds to return the mattress and i got ignored. Quite dissapointed because I was initially very happy with the purchase but a month later having issues with the mattress that they don't want to resolve and the bed became creaky a few weeks into using it. Also sent delivery driver at 7am on the dot on a weekend when 'replacing' the mattress meaning we had to be up with a stripped bed for 6:45 on a weekend which i believe to be quite a joke really, they also previously sent the delivery driver out on his own meaning that although i paid £50 for the bed to be brought up and assembled my partner had to help bringing all the heavy parts in while he's got a bad back and knees. Can't fault the delivery driver though he's been absolutely lovely both times he's been out just a shame the company have let him down, they also seem to push him to try and push for five star reviews although i would no longer say its a five star company purely due to their poor customer service- update bed broke after 2 months while simply sitting on it with my baby

   Bed arrived and I'm shocked at the poor quality, these beds look almost home made. Pre drilled holes don't line up, inner fabric just stapled on loosely, wood frame showing through under the padding, No instructions arrived and I can't see a fire label. Do yourself a favor and buy your bed elsewhere.

   The bed’s appearance and build structure are quite good. However, the fabric quality and space design leave room for improvement. I have three ottoman beds at home, each of which accommodates small to medium-sized luggage inside. This bed, due to its design, seems to offer very limited storage , likely only suitable for pillows and duvets. There are noticeable gaps inside and underneath the bed, which allow dust to accumulate and make cleaning difficult. If the side and front panels were designed to sit flush with the floor, it would not only increase usable space but also help prevent dust from getting inside.

   Get your bed from topnotch furnishers at reasonable price and outstanding quality of beds I have purchased this round bed from them my self and I’m in love with it I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The brother has been so nice and good person to approach to. They talk with full respect and give you there best in what you desire.
