The entire team at The Hair Lounge at Rossett are amazing. They are the friendliest and most welcoming hairdressers I have ever come across. Lorraine has been my stylist for 5 years now and always listens to what I want. I think I’ve had all the team at some point or other when Lorraine has been on holiday or for a specialist treatment and they are all excellent.
Love my trips to The Hair Lounge. Kasey is an absolute star and always works her magic on my hair. All the staff take the time to say hello and are incredibly courteous. This is the second time I've been to The Hair Lounge and I've already booked in for my next visit. Kelly did my hair this time and she is so lovely, had a great conversation and she gave me a nice brew and biscuit. My hair felt amazing when she'd finished with it, worth every penny. I have been a client of the Hair Lounge, Rossett for over 7 years now. My first appointment, I came out of the salon feeling like a new person. The transformation from my old hairstyle and colour was the best decision I ever made choosing this salon. From that day on, my hair has been the best it has ever been. The team are lovely and what I like is when you have a colour done, you are seated in the upstairs of the salon and can sit back and relax on the settees, have a nice drink and chill out. I also gained so much confidence and felt happier in myself because of how nice my hair always is. I cannot wait to return to be pampered.
I have attended the Hairlouge since it opened and that was built on previous experience and relationships with the owners who are top of their field, high class, professional stylists. My personal stylist Fiona is excellent in every way. She’s an amazing stylist, friendly, welcoming and talented. The salon is clean, beautifully styled with a lovely atmosphere and ambience. I cannot fault these ladies in any way and thank them for the ongoing positive experience I have there.
Since becoming a customer at this beautiful Salon, The Hair Lounge, Rosset, I have felt a million dollars. The ladies all take such care and thought about what you need and listen to how you want to look. My hair had always been so difficult to manage until I started visiting the Salon. I am now more confident and feel much better in myself. The Salon is so relaxing whilst remaining calm and professional.
