   I had a walk in appointment today and walked out transfomed. For various reasons I haven't had a haircut for over 2 years. Michelle spent an hour and half transforming my hair from almost waist length into a beautiful graduated bob. Not only is the cut amazing, her skill is in no doubt here, but I felt more like myself than I had when it was long. Walked out of the salon lighter, brighter and a definite return client. Tracie
