   Bad experience.after growing my hair for years,I went in for a balayage,the girl was obviously inexperienced and bleached my entire head leaving just my fringe my natural colour, the owner tried to correct it putting rose gold on, (not what i wanted) it was that bad (bright orange an yellow) that when i got home i messaged asking if i could box dye it,they said go back in the next day to colour correct it, they stuck a brown over it, my hair was wrecked and all different colours, id paid £90 upfront, they said they would refund it, which i trusted them to do, shortly after i became seriously ill so didnt check, some years later after regaining health i realised they never refunded me, theres no time limit under consumer law to file charges especially given the wrongdoing was raised immediately proven by the actions to attempt to correct it. I politely contacted their socials to get an abrupt response then they blocked me. I was giving them the opportunity to put things right assuming they had mistakenly forgot to refund me, given they were rude and then blocked me it seemed this was deliberate an dishonest I will be taking them to a small claims, initially i was looking for just my refund but now will be adding damages and deliberate avoidance . I paid for a service, you didnt deliver, and left my hair with years of damage. Would never recommend to anyone. Ive got the pictures, videos (including during the treatment) aswel as the text messages admitting failure. This will now be processed legally. Its a shame it could not be handled professionally and amicably.

   Lovely staff and stylist is brill at hairdressing. Been using this salon for about 4 years now and never faulted my hairstyles. Prices for senior citizens are great too

   As a new client I was very impressed with the quality of my colour and cut. Lindsey transformed my lock down style to something special. Very impressed with the friendliness and how these lovely ladies have adapted the salon to a clean and safe place to visit. Lots of laughter and good humour. I will be definitely visiting again. Thank you for looking after me and my two daughters.
