   I've used Youngs a couple of times over the years for various tyre changes. I have always found them super helpful and feel confident as a female going to this supplier that they are honest with me in terms of the actual work needed, rather than trying to charge me for extras I don't need.    Popped my car in for pre-mot check and asked if they would get the car ready to go through the mot as it was due in a month's time. They serviced it fully, fair dues, at a cost of £420, but didn't do any of the work required for it to pass the mot, and when I asked if they could, they said it has to go back to Renault. What a load of tosh as it needs at worst a prop shaft and one shock! I'm now left running around trying to locate another mechanic to do the work it needs to go through an mot whilst being £420 out of pocket ! Won't use this garage again !

   I love Youngs! They always provide excellent service. They are very honest and give decent quotes. You might have to wait, but you will get a great deal. So glad they are my local garage. Prefer them to main dealers who over charge for things which often aren't required. Both my daughters have used them and also found them to be superb.

   Amazing service by Youngs today - when I turned up with a problem with my tyre which meant the car was not safe to drive. They rapidly sorted it out (despite being fully booked) gave me and my baby a lift back (transferred the baby car seats etc), they promptly ordered the new tyre (as didn’t have any in stock) - managed to have it delivered and fixed within a couple of hours and then drove my car back to me. Special thanks to Giles (and Andy I think) - A* for service wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much Youngs - your team prob saved our lives today!
