    Awful service, I needed to email them myself to have an update about my car which they could not fix it. I felt so neglected and told me to arrange someone to pick my car. They did not give me a proper report for the diagnosis but just emails on what they did. They would not stop emailing me to ask for the payment but regarding the report, they could not give. Paid for £108 for the diagnostic that was very vague. If I'm not emailing them then they would not tell me what really the problem is. They did not even do a proper one, no choice but to pay them cause they would not stop emailing you if the payment has gone through.
