   Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to do my MOT at very short notice when I realised it had been expired for a few days. I called at about midday, they were able to fit me in and collected it by 2pm! They kept me updated (with photos) via Whatsapp and kept my car in overnight to service it then dropped it to my home on the Sunday. They were polite and professional, I will definitely go to them again.

   I had a really bad experience with this garage. I spent a lot of money on their diagnostics and the parts they decided to replace, and it turned out they replaced the wrong part and even fitted a faulty one. After all the money I paid, the problem was still there. When I asked for basic information about the parts they used, they refused to give it to me. When I insisted and explained that I’m entitled to that information, they actually laughed in my face. This was incredibly disrespectful and completely unprofessional, and honestly the worst part of the whole experience. They were also difficult whenever I asked about costs or details of the work, and the car was never ready when they said it would be, this happened several times. To make things worse, after their repairs the car became unsafe to drive and they didn’t take the issue seriously at all. After everything I’ve been through, I don’t feel they know what they’re doing, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’m only leaving this review so other people don’t go through the same experience I did.

   I had a fantastic experience with The Auto Specialists! From start to finish, the process was so smooth and all my questions were addressed. I was slightly apprehensive about handing my car over but had absolutely no reason to in the end; Shaun and Ash were very professional and the communication was super efficient. The job was completed quickly and I had my car back within a few hours. I will definitely be using their service in the future.

   Very good customer service. Initially my call was missed but I was called back within the same minute. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. The auto specialists are great communicators. I recieved photographic evidence of my vehicle being safe and sound and texts with updates. The vehicle was collected from my home,serviced and delivered in less than 3 hours. If your looking for an efficient, courteous company , book an appointment with Shaun. You won't be disappointed with the service at The Auto Specialists.
