   Visited with my mother in law and husband. Pleasant show room and lovely friendly service. Selected a lovely dual motor rise and fall recliner and two matching arm chairs. Beautiful fabric choices. Great that they are manufactured to order in Yorkshire. All in all a very pleasant experience and mother in law left happy, with VAT free on the recliner and 20% savings on the matching standard armchairs as last weekend of the summer sale. Thank you

A lovely friendly patient lady who made my 92 year old Mum feel really at ease & what she does not know about chairs is probably not worth knowing. Through Sarah's expertise & exploring other possible options I think we have found the perfect chair. Sarah is a real credit to the business.

   Initial experience very good, however after having to cancel original delivery due to serious emergency hospital appointment cannot now get new delivery date, have rung shop and feel they are not being very helpful. Item cost nearly a thousand pounds so feel that I should get more consideration, very dissappointed with customer service.

   I cannot recommend HSL highly enough. They are a compassionate, caring and conscientious company who go above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations. The thing that first attracted me to the company was the the fact that they are a household name when it comes to comfort furniture. More than this, when my Nan needed a chair I was worried as she couldn't get to store. My fears were quickly allayed when a nice lady at the Exeter store said they they provide a 'hassle free' Home Consultation service. As with the nature of these home visits I was conscious that my Nan would feel obliged to buy a chair even if she didn't want one, and so I was with her during the consultation. I can honestly say that there was absolutely no pressure to buy whatsoever and the staff were hugely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be recommending HSL again!
