Bought a new mattress today from Dreams Wakefield. We were served by Melvyn who was really helpful and patient. We weren't sure what we were looking for as there were a lot to chose from and try out. Melvyn explained each type of mattress. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. All of the staff in the store were pleasant.
We had previously bought from Omar and we were pleased to see him again as he had done such a good job previously. The two beds we bought were terrific! Omar is very professional, friendly and courteous. He knows a lot about the products and listens to your needs carefully in order to meet your requirements. I would definitely recommend Omar to my family and friends
Brilliant service from Omar. Greeted as I walked in with a friendly and welcoming manner, helpful approach and no pushy sales, listened to what I wanted and got me a great deal. The bed analysis is a must and ensures the best product can be personalised. Managed to arrange delivery of bed on a date that worked for me too, in good time for Christmas! Highly recommend this store, excellent!
I would like to thank Jason at Dreams Wakefield for his expert help, care and attention when we purchased our new mattress today. The Sleep Match was a really fun experience and I would definitely recommend it! The mattress we have selected is made locally, using local recyclable produce, using sustainable materials and methods. There is a 100 day trial period and the team are also going to dispose of our current mattress which will also be fully stripped down and recycled. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason and the team at Dreams and we hope to see you again in 10 years' time! Thank you for a great afternoon and I also enjoyed my coffee :)
We had exceptional service from Omar who helped us find our perfect mattress and pillows. Very efficient, in and out in less than an hour. Friendly, personable staff, offered us tea/water, no hidden fees or strong-armed sales tactics. Recommend shopping here for mattresses.

Had a great experience buying a new mattress for our master bedroom. Wasn’t pressured into buying anything yet left very happy after purchasing the mattress and pillows we went for. Staff (Jason) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn’t overbearing like you would imagine a salesperson to be.
