   I had such a wonderful time and left the salon feeling so confident and loving my new hair color! The studio is modern and spacious. The staff are the nicest people, very attentive and even brainstorm on how to achieve my hair color reference. Dasha had such a wonderful personality and made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process. She collaborates on the style I want and also gives practical advice on how to maintain it. Definitely a salon in Liverpool I’ll come back to ❤️ Highly recommended! ⭐

   My experience here was amazing! The salon is gorgeous and the staff were wonderful, offering you drinks during the appointment. Dasha did my hair and she did an incredible job - taking her time to discuss what I wanted and what was possible. I love my hair, thank you!

   Had a patch test with dasha who from the beginning was very cold towards me. My hair was back in a pony tail so she couldn’t really see the condition of my hair at all and straight away without even feeling it she said I can’t get it coloured. I have virgin hair that’s never ever seen dye or bleach, my hair has always been very healthy and smooth. She proceeded to do a strand test to prove a point then came back wraps my hair around her fingers tight and pulled on it so hard it obviously snapped. As a hairdresser myself I know that’s not how you perform a strand test. I’ve went elsewhere to get my hair done and my hair is fine and still feels very very healthy.

   I have been coming here since moving to Liverpool a few years ago but the standard has declined. In March, I got a cut and style and after finding out that I would be taking part in a race the next day the stylist spent less time and care styling my hair, inferring that it wasn't worth it because of the activity I would be doing the next day. Im paying for a service and that should be provided. My last appointment was just last week. My stylist asked me how my shampoo and head massage went. The lady who shampooed my hair barely spoke to me, instead complaining to her colleague about her workload, she was constantly getting water and shampoo in my ears and there was no head massage at all. I agreed a starting length for a trim on my long hair with the caveat that perhaps more would need to be cut once dry. In what I can only assume was an effort to save time, she cut off way more hair than agreed whilst it was wet. Did not assess or cut when dry but went straight into styling it. Its now an awkward below shoulder length with too much volume at the ends. I haven't had my hair this short for over a decade. I went in asking for a trim and lost probably 1/3 of my length. I've written to the salon and their reply was that they're sorry im not satisfied (ha ha) and I can have a free conditioning treatment. I paid £100 for the appointment and I absolutely hate what she's done to my hair. I'm never ever going back.

   I love coming to this salon to have my hair cut, highlighted and styled by Olivia. She is very experienced and talented-and makes it a great experience. The rest of the staff are attentive and I am always welcomed warmly by Dion on reception, offered refreshments and made to feel special.

   Amazing service, love the renovation gives more privacy for us clients, I can’t recommend Helen enough she took my patchy red hair and transformed it to a blended copper and the last colour she did was a wonderful blended bronde balayage, she’s a miracle worker! I look at my hair everyday shocked how amazing it looks. She took me for drabby hair to lighter and healthier locks!

   I been here for do balayage, I just had few hair strands a bit more lighter but nothing similar to a balayage. The hairstylist Ava doesn’t have any skills for doing this job, also she was annoyed because I have too much hair.. I never seen an hairstylist saying this to clients. I payed 200£ for just nothing and waste of money and a lot of time! I do not recommend. 26/10/22 I just sent an email about this and also I didn’t had a hair consultation with Ava but with someone else that I don’t know the name. I have the receipt about the payment do you want to see it? Professionalism isn’t your “name “!
