Good price on the MOT, they saw me on time, there is the option to wait on a chair in the office or come back (as there is limited space for cars they want you to come back timely to pick up your car, which is fair) However I forgot to reset the Tyre pressure alert which is a couple of clicks on the dashboard, so Tony said he would do it for me- and proceeded to charge me more than the cost of the MOT (had he explained his hourly rate is more than Elon Musk earns, I would have done it myself)! When challenging this he said “you wouldnt expect a plumber to do something for free would you” I pointed out I would expect a plumber to explain to me that he is going to charge a crazy price for a job under a minute which I could have done myself …..I got a 50% discount and he expected me to be grateful… had he been fair I would have used him to have fixed the remaining items that failed- oh and to be clear despite him “fixing” this, he marked it as failed on the MOT- unbelievable I didn’t trust him to do repairs on my car so bought my own wiper blade and fitted it in a minute at less than half the price quoted and got my breaks replaced at 40% less than I was going to get charged- so I suppose his attitude ended up saving me money ! If you do get your car MOT here, ask for the young Asian man. He is a very decent friendly gentleman who did the retest, explained it would be an hour as he had to fit it in, kept to his word and he earned my trust. It is a shame as someone else there did my test last year and they were decent. I am happy to pay for a fair price for work I feel I was overcharged because I am female.
I had an excellent experience with this garage and would highly recommend it. Tony, whom I believe is the owner, impressed me with his politeness and professionalism. The service for my car was not only efficient but also conducted with a keen attention to detail. The team quickly identified the issue with my car and promptly addressed it. Even though my car failed the MOT, I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't charged for the retest. This gesture reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction and fairness. Overall, my experience at this garage was positive, and I appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and courtesy demonstrated by Tony and the team. I will definitely be returning for any future car needs.

Had an emergency breakdown with two little ones, very friendly and patient explaining things to me that I clearly knew nothing about! As a person with major anxiety it's really important when businesses are friendly and approachable and so when I find one that is, I then return and also recommend to others! This is how any good business should run. Got me back on the road within the same day, highly recommend them and would definately give them my custom over many other garages!
Omg! what can i say, world class service, top guy. Went over and beyond with the work he did on my car. Used his initiative whilst working on my car, in regards to other problems that could or did arise. Left me feeling safe and value for money. Really friendly funny and loving people especially the owner. He does a great job at fixing cars and very dedicated to do the jobs no matter how long a job can get. Definitely will be going back there
I used this service centre for mot but i really disgusted myself when they treated me without any respect unfortunately , they have teach them very intensive customer service and human senses i have never seen before however, i came across with many disrespectful people . But for their benefit at least they have to treat their customers in the right way not to push them dont reuse the service i guess the business soon or later will face bankruptcy due to lack of customers. I dont recommend anyone at all to use either halfords service in feltham and feltham service centre.
