I'm so glad I could review this garage. They bailed me out by squeezing me in for an MOT. They kept me informed and we're knowledgeable and generous with their time. I was so impressed that Ive changed garages and have already had the service done. They repaired something that my garage said couldn't be repaired without enormous cost and effort. Jo is terrific and lovely to deal with. I've an older car and I'd trust them to look after it.
My husband and I had been away (extended family circumstances) and were in need of an MOT --- ASAP - Luckily the very nice receptionist (Joanna) , managed to get us a booking. Very rude and unreasonable people at the car wash. Charged me extra saying the car was too dirty. Interesting to know if anyone has been charged less because their car wasn’t so dirty! Won’t be going back. Prices advertised should be the ones charged. Not recommended at all.
Had new spark plugs and coil packs fitted, within 2 hours of dropping the car off it was fixed. Very fair price, very friendly service will definitley use again. Could not fault them. Amazing service
