   After ordering a new bed recently it was manufactured & delivered in record time (very impressive). The headboard was too high (50"). It did state the size of this on their website but I failed to spot it. I contacted Dan last week asking him would it be possible to have one that was 13" shorter. To my amazement he replied, & without any hesitation or fuss he willingly offered to make a new one & exchanged it (NO CHARGE!). This process took less than a week as it was delivered & set up by his team yesterday (26/06/22). I've not experienced such an outstanding service for a long time so I feel it's only right to highlight this. If you want a 1st class service then INTERIOR DEPOT will provide that which I why I have given a review that is more than deserved.

   Brought a bed from Interior Depot a couple of months back and have been so impressed by the service from start to finish. Have been updated throughout the whole process, super helpful company. Have spoken to Dan a couple of times with after sale help and he couldn't have been more helpful. Going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The bed is amazing and such good quality. Could not be happier. Thank you Dan and the team.

   Most terrible quality beds purchased from this firm. If you would like a bed that last 2 months, this is the place for you! Every single panel has broken of there brackets meaning it’s impossible to use and try to re screw due to the poor quality of wood underneath. Tried calling multiple times and they ignore every time. I most definitely do not recommend such products to anyone so be aware before purchasing anything from this place.

   Customer service was excellent throughout, i was informed about everything. There was a minor hiccup with the delivery time but that quickly got resolved. Dan was always there to answer my calls or reply to my messages. The bed itself is excellent, was quite easy for me and husband to put together, if we were stuck on anything, Dan quickly answered our calls and helped us, but on the whole, the bed was pretty easy to assemble. Very impressed with the mattress, the bed and customer service from Dan. The bed does look like the pictures aswell.
