   Harvey and the team did an amazing job on my Ford Focus. Had quite a few issues and they diagnosed them quickly and had me back on the road in good time. Also very reasonable, definitely recommend and will be back if I have any more issues.

   Called to book MOT gentleman on phone was very helpful and offered me two times within 2 days. Arrived, dropped car off, passed with nothing to address and was able to collect car within the hour. Very prompt, very efficient! Very fair price at only £49. Harvey was a lovely, approachable gentleman who returned my car on front desk, and the customers in front of me were delighted to have their tyre replaced at short notice. Finally a trustworthy garage, you have a new customer! See you again when my service is due! Previously at another garage in Cranham they failed my previous car on its MOT and told me I had to replace all four tyres at inflated prices when the treads on all tyres ranged between 3 & 5mm’s & Halfords in Romford failed two of our family cars for the same thing (on the lights being at the wrong angle) which they allegedly adjusted without asking for £12! So always skeptical when trusting garages. It’s a relief to finally find one I can, so thank you!

   Nice guy but wow … clearly over charging for work he didn’t want to do .. clutch on Audi a4 £1100 …. Every other garage quoted £700 parts included . Didn’t know what hub holders on an Audi was either … very disappointing from someone who has his own garage and expected to be able to do the work. I can not recommend . Shop around . Plenty more other honest business around the area

   Have always previously used main deelership for servicing my VW but as I was unhappy with primarily the customer service and prices they were charging, plus not feeling valued as a customer decided to take my business to Colwood motors. Have been having my car serviced yearly by Colwood now for 5 + years and havn't had any issues what so ever. Would fully recomend, both work and customer service is way beyond my expectations. In a word, excellent.
