   They tried to scam, unprofessional what happened I went on Monday for repair the Code P0011 in Peugeot 208 car. One of guy said it like camshaft sensor error he agreed to replace the sensor then I was waiting. Next day I called to them and said job done you can pick up the car. I went afternoon to pick up the car and they charged £120. After I checked my diagnostics kit error was there, I asked on technician what they did, he said they didn’t change the sensor. I shocked. Literally, they are unprofessional at work and lied to me how they trust??? Then they agreed to refund however they violate the consumer laws. I’m still waiting for refund. Thank you for your lied

   I went there 2 times with my tires with two different vehicles. First time they put on my tires next day all of thr were flat. Charged me for the fix even though iy was their fault. Second time they replaced 4 of my tyres. After a year turned out they put them wrong way round....NEVER AGAIN.

   The first time I visited this firm was for my Audi RS7 and the second time our Tesla Model S. Both times excellent service. They seem to find slots for urgent fixes. Just along from Tesco Express, Screwfix and Toolstation, off Lyon Road, Walton-on-Thames. Highly recommended.

   Very disappointed with the over all experience. They never stick to the quoted price over the phone just to attract me for MOT and servicing and charge me more upon picking up my car after service. I conforms the price when I was dropping my car but still they cheated me. I will never return here. Most frustrating was miscommunication by the staff, 1 staff giving different piece and other says it’s not possible to have that cheap service in the area.

   Went for a tyre change last week, they plugged instead with no communication apart from afterwards. Went away for a week to come back to a flat tyre: spoke to the rudest receptionist I’ve dealt with about it who explained I “accepted” the plug at the time (I guess she expected me to say no change the tyre to which they wouldn’t of charged me the plug too?? Makes no sense at all!!) when actually it’s more a case I trusted and accepted the mechanic who done the plug off his own back instead of doing what I asked,had fully inspected my tyre (which would of led to it needing to be changed) telling me the plug had fixed it. Went back to have the tyre examined to find out it was the seal itself. This time around they sprayed the tyre to check for any defects which again if this had been done originally and just changed like I had asked I wouldn’t be messing about coming back. Poor communication. Rude receptionist. A budget tyre went from £65 +vat to a total of £94. Seems petty for the sake of say £20 but it’s having to finish work early all down to the fact that what I asked for simply wasn’t done. After chatting to mates at work about the place, they’ve had similar experiences themselves. Won’t be going back there.

Always informed us about what any repairs would entail and were honest about the price. Good customer service.

   I had my MOT done and I would 100% go back. I booked online such last minute and they were the only place with space. I’m so glad they were as they were great! Halfords were awful and rude so I never wanted to go back. The lady on the counter at surrey mot was lovely and called me after booking online to confirm a time which worked for me. They were on time and easy to get to! Within an hour and 15 my car was ready to collect. Thank you! See you again!

   I love this garage. Every year, I have to sort the MOT and service of my elderly mother's Jazz car. They pick the car up, sort out what needs to be done and return it. That's 2 years running now, they have seamlessly and easily taken this problem off my hands. I am delighted. GOOD JOB, THANK YOU for making my life easier, and not charging though the roof!
