The best experience, my hair went from box died dark brown/black, to a beautiful natural dark blonde/ brown using highlights and toner in one sitting. I felt like I was listened to and got exactly what I wanted, with realistic expectations explained to me thoroughly, after a test strand was performed. Will definitely be returning! I've been having my hair done by Caroline for about 10 years now. I had a string of terrible hair cuts before her. She is an amazing hair stylist and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She can do anything and has really looked after the health of my naturally curly hair. Lorraine is simply the best waxer in the world. I am silky smooth and feel amazing. I just want everyone to stroke me. Professional yet personable she is fabulous.
