Friendly reliable service work finished on time prices reasonable if it ain't broken they won't pretend it is like some of the other garages do,, I don't go anywhere else now

Very helpful and efficient. Needed a local garage to accept my recovered car after it broke down. Although very busy they fitted me in. Was able to collect the car later that day after replacement of alternator belt and cracked belt tensioner. Would definitely use them again. Two years later... Another great experience from Ashford Motors. Car broke down last Monday (faulty alternator) and they were happy to accept the recovery. Wasn't expecting anything until the end of the week but it was ready the following afternoon. On collection discovered damaged wing mirror - presumably hit by someone carelessly manoeuvring at the garage - and as it was late agreed to take it back the next day when it was fixed without quibble and ready to collect before closing time. These things happen, so it's the response of the business that matters. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.
Got my car back from its MOT and service, and when driving home I noticed 2 massive dirty black hand prints on the interior of my car. A complete lack of care and professionalism from the mechanic that carried out the work. He would’ve known his hands were filthy, and instead of doing anything to prevent staining the interior of my car, he clearly thought “I don’t care” and proceeded to rub his dirty hands on it over and over again, which you can see from the repeated fingerprint marks. No mention of the marks to me when I picked the car up. After already paying for the MOT and service, I now have the joy of paying a professional to clean up this mess that the mechanic has created. I certainly will NOT be returning to Ashford Motors for any future work as this has clearly shown that their staff are careless. I’m so disappointed.
Very happy with the job done, very professional customer service, very honest job done and very competitive prices on labor and parts! Run into issues with the part that I supplied and they manage to supply the parts themselves and get my car done on the same day. 100% recommend this garage.
