   I previously trusted this garage, but after my latest experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid them. I initially took my car to the garage to get my MOT done and decided to proceed with addressing the advisories, which included replacing three tires and changing the disc brakes. Not only was the final cost £150 more than initially quoted, but after having my car valeted, I noticed a clear dent on the wheel arch which was certainly not there before. I am in the process of selling my car, and photos taken just one week before my appointment clearly show the car was free of this damage. Upon raising the issue with the garage, they completely denied any responsibility, despite clear photographic evidence showing the car was damaged while in their care. When I spoke with the mechanic on the phone and asked how the damage could have occurred if not by them, he vaguely suggested that "the door must have been opened," yet couldn't logically explain how this would result in a dent at that location. The door is always opened when placed on the jacking point for changing tires and brake discs, further indicating this damage occurred during their work. It's clear from the evidence that the garage knew about the damage and chose to deny responsibility. This kind of dishonest service is extremely disappointing from a garage I previously trusted. I advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere—DO NOT TRUST this garage with your vehicle

   The best garage i have been too. Female friendly, very fair and trustworthy, lovely people. Do not try and add extra jobs on to bump up costs. I took my car to another garage first who told me i needed a list of things done none of which were true. Will always bring my car here. Thank you!
