    I would like to recommend and thank the kind staff at H&L in Twickenham. I had a scratch/paint mark, but on a hired car due to be returned, so it was urgent. I luckily met Gareth and Azaan who had some tricks of the trade and with patience made it disappear like magic and look like new. They did not have to do what they did so I want to highlight their kindness and professionalism & say thank-you again guys. I will be back.

    I recently had my car bonnet repaired and resprayed by H & L Twickenham and the entire experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish. From the very first conversation, it was clear I was in good hands friendly, transparent, and genuinely invested in getting everything just right. The quality of the work absolutely exceeded my expectations. The finish on the bonnet looks flawless, like the car just rolled out of the showroom. What really stood out, though, was the pride and professionalism shown by every member of the team. You can tell they truly care about their craft, and that level of dedication shines through in the final result. From the initial meeting to the final handover, the whole process was smooth, reassuring, and honestly just a pleasure. I can’t recommend them highly enough.     It is the second time I used the H&L service for repairing my air-conditioning unit in my car. From the day one when I was booking on line with their receptionist until I collected my car, I have been kept informed about the progress all the time. Claire, who I understand is the Service Manager, is so nice and professional. On the collecting day, I was phoned a couple of times about the parts delivery time and the collecting time in detail. Give it a thumbs up!

    Sorry its taken me a little while to leave this. I had some heavy front end damage to my car and got put through to H&L Motors through Volkswagen, they did an amazing job not only getting my vehicle looking like new but during a huge fiasco with my insurance offered so much advice and support as it got incredibly tedious. A great experience and have nothing but gratitude and respect for all the staff, who are all in a class of their own at their jobs. Will certainly recommend using them to others and will be booking in with them again soon to have my alloys refurbished. Thank you for everything guys. Andrew

    H&L Motors completely eliminated the stress of getting my car repaired. From the moment I called, Mel at the front desk was friendly and efficient, booking me in as soon as possible. I received a warm welcome from Damon, the repair manager, who reassured me that my car was in safe hands and that a solution would be found. Damon provided helpful advice and gave me time to consider all my options. H&L arranged a hire car through AX while my vehicle was being repaired. Choosing this SEAT-approved garage was a completely different experience. They were very conscious of not charging for unnecessary repairs while equally concerned that my car retained its value and received the best possible care. The service from both the staff and repair team was outstanding. I will definitely use them for my car's future services, MOT, and any repairs needed. I would recommend H&L to others without hesitation.

    A recent accident in my car left me requiring an extensive repair. I was referred to H&L as an approved body-shop by my local dealership. Not only did H&L make a seamless repair that I defy anyone to detect, they took care of the insurance claim and provided & delivered a courtesy car to my door with minimum fuss. From first to last the staff were courteous, professional and efficient and the quality of workmanship speaks for itself. Although it's not something I intend to make a habit of, if you do find yourself in need as I did then you won't go far wrong in contacting them

    I've used this garage for a few years now based on a recommendation. Their service is outstanding, their staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, and they have always provided honest advice on work that needs doing. I bring my car in for it's MOT and service every year, and for those aspects of driving my car has run smoothly. When something does go wrong, I've been able to bring my car in and get it sorted quickly. I had an issue with my lights, caused by the installation of new bulbs at a popular car parts store. H and L were happy to provide their expertise despite being fully booked, and the issue was resolved in less time than it would take to eat a mince pie. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone in the area, and can be sure I won't be taking my car anywhere else.
