   Bought my new car through anthony. Service every step of the way was great. I came from 3 hours away to get the car so they ensured it had new service, MOT, wheel refurb & a scratch on the rear bumper re-painted. It even had nearly a full tank of fuel in it, which even BMW themselves rarely give you. Car is great & was at a very reasonable price. Thanks to all of you

   My family and I have been using this garage for years and find them to be honest, reliable and trustworthy. They are transparent, explain things clearly and don’t try to upsell which I have found with other garages. They will always do their best to accommodate and squeeze you in. We always feel truly looked after and can’t speak highly enough of Anthony and all the team at WRG. You’re the best!

   I purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 from this garage for my daughters first car. I am no mechanic however car looked in good cosmetic condition with all relevant paperwork present and seemed to all check out. When Walton Road Garage bought the car, it had failed it's previous MOT and also had a number of advisories. We discussed this and the owner Anthony agreed that they would giove the car a full service, replace the cambelt and water pump, repair all areas on the previously failed MOT and provide a fresh MOT for 12 months. This was all supposedly completed and we purchased the car at the asking price as we felt they had been very fair and transparent and we trusted what we had been told. My daughter used the car for her lessons over the next 12 months and covered around 300 miles in total. The following year when the MOT was due, we took the car to a local garage closer to home and was shocked to be told that the car had failed it's MOT. When speaking with the local garage, they advised that it had failed on all of the same previous advisories that were supposedly fixed by Anthony at Walton Road garage. I called Anthony to discuss this and he was very defensive and dismissve telling me that the car was now a year older and that all of the parts were wear and tear parts that obviously needed to be replaced again. I advised him that the car had only covered 300 miles since purchasing him from them and that I was unhappy at what was very obviously done. They had clearly carried out no repairs on the previous failed MOT advisories and due to having thier own MOT facilities had passed with a clean MOT to sell the car without doing any repairs to maximise their profit margin. Upon further inspection of the car by the local garage the following areas were also identifed as needing immediate attention and other areas since that have also gone wrong and needed replacing: x1 battery x1 top mount x1 shock absorber with others also showing signs of damage and will need replacing shortly x4 worn and perished tires and needed replacing Front brake pads/discs and rear brake pads were 3/4 worn and completly rusted Exhuast clip was broken and whole exhaust system is rusted and also needs replacing For context the car still hasn't even covered 1,000 miles since being purchased when the repairs were supposedly carried out. To date I have now spent over £1500 since buying this car from Walton Road Garage making what looked like a good value car now a bad value one. I would exercise caution when using this garage as it's obvious they pass vehicle MOT's showing it to be in good working condition and that any repairs that need to carried out have been when this clearly isn't the case.

   I unfortunately got a puncture in my van at the other end of the high street & remembered Walton Road Garage were nearby. I was really glad I did, Not only did they have the tire in stock they managed to fit me in & have it changed within 20 minutes. great friendly service & at a reasonable price too.

   Arranged a test ride with Anthony was expecting the usual hard sell etc but got the total opposite, talked me through the bike let me take it out on a test ride, returned with wife a week later for another test, he was very patient and allowed is the bike for 24hrs. Anthony understands that a good reputation is everything and I would highly recommend Walton road garage to anyone thinking about a Piaggio, Vespa or similar fantastic service, friendly and approachable.

   Hi everyone, if I could leave 0 stars I would. Please use this garage at your own RISK ⛔️. My car was left parked on a side road unlocked, after it had an MOT which was not discussed before leaving my keys with them!! I then found out my belongings were stolen from my car. I contacted the garage to explain what happened and they told me it’s not there problem as their insurance will not cover it. I will be taking further legal action . So please make sure this doesn’t happen to you. My advice use another garage.

   I recently purchased a 20-year-old car from Walton Road Garage, the car being 20 years old I requested photographs of the underside of the car, I dealt with Alex who arranged and forwarded onto me over 30 comprehensive photographs which totally satisfied any concerns I had. I dealt with Alex throughout the whole process, from agreeing a price through to delivery in Cornwall. The car was fully serviced, and a full MOT was provided. The car was advertised as in mint condition, on collection from the delivery driver I was impressed with the condition as advertised and the car was immaculate inside and out, mint condition as advertised.
