   Costi and his staff Looked after my S class Mercedes for its oil service & air-conditioning .it’s been into two Mercedes main dealers and they couldn’t sort out the problem with my Air conditioning which has been a problem since the purchase . Costi is honest and professional unlike Mercedes-Benz In Brentford who took it and return it to me only to be working at 30% capacity after numerous months of waiting for back order o took it into Costi and it had been working perfectly . I purchased the car in August 2020 and only now is the air condition cold . The after service from Mercedes is very poor and I can recommend Costi and his professionalism very highly .

   Mazda 6 2.0 petrol. Is my first visit there and i would start with their's customer services, all of them been keen to help and to explain what i was asking them.    Unfortunately I have to rate 1 star only due to a recent experience. I put my car in to this garage for a new back box. Car was running fine pre attending Auto Technik Cri Ltd, the only issue was the rear exhaust box. I collected my car from the garage with a new rear box fitted and it is completely broken. It has no power, has warning sounds and looks like it has a major problem.This problem was NOT present pre attending this garage. Staff thought it was amusing (Spoke in foreign language so I could not understand however 2 of them where grinning) Owner Costy tried to diagnose the problem intimating that this was a freak unlucky occurrence that the car is now broken after visiting the garage. Tried to insult my intelligence by telling me that it must of been like that already. Dont judge a book by their cover.. I may be a lone female but I have plenty of experience with cars.. Advanced driver, Close Protection Driver..Turns out that they haven't even fitted the back box correctly and I'm now having to pay another garage to a) Fit another back box and b) fix my car that is now completely broken after visiting here. Felt totally taken advantage of. Would not recommend..
