The high standard always ceases to amaze me, I could go on but I won’t. There the very best, I’ve recently had 3 major jobs done, quality and best possible return of car outstanding.    I'd like to share my experience with the service I received from Veetec Hayes, where my car was sent for accident repair following my insurance company’s recommendation. The approved repair was for damage to the offside front and rear doors. I received a call from the repair centre providing an update, during which they mentioned that the bonnet and alloy wheel had been repaired and that they were waiting to replace the tyre. When I pointed out that the damage was only on the doors, they went silent and asked me to wait for another call to clarify the situation — a call that never came. I made multiple attempts to contact them for further updates, and each time I was told that they needed to speak with the body shop and would call me back, which never happened. When I finally received my car, I was extremely disappointed to find: The repairs were carried out to a very poor standard. The windscreen was broken. There was no clear explanation for why the bonnet had been sprayed or the tyre replaced. When I raised a complaint, the staff were rude and aggressive, and although I was told that someone would contact me to resolve the issue, no one ever did. This entire experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I have already raised a complaint with my insurance company, and I was assured that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, no satisfactory action has been taken so far. Given the poor quality of repairs, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct, I would strongly discourage anyone from using Veetec Hayes in the future. Their actions not only caused me significant inconvenience but also devalued my vehicle, which I ultimately had to replace.

   I had my Ford fiesta car repaired by Veetec. They offered a smooth and excellent service. Even gave me regular updates throughout the repair stages. My car was returned looking well cared for. Fiona, the customer service representative, was very delightful. It would be nice if certain data like repair cost was relayed to me. Other than that, I have absolutely no negatives to Veetec service. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks

   Excellent experience. Was kept updated throughout the whole process, with online progress reports and daily calls. Picked up and dropped off the vehicle without issue. Did an excellent body repair on the vehicle. Very professional in every regard, and Fiona was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Veetec arranged pickup from my home address, Fiona & the team kept me up to date with the works progress throughout (I didn't have to chase once) & the repairs were carried out to an excellent standard with the confidence of a 5 year guarantee. My car was delivered back to my door on time & as good as new.
