   Oh, what a delightful experience! I booked the car weeks ago for a service and mentioned that the tires need changing. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and they were already on top of it, booking the car for a tire change. I had to gently remind them that it was actually a service and that, oh by the way, the tires needed changing. Then, the plot thickens! They called me to say the MOT failed due to… you guessed it… the tires. How could they have possibly known this in advance? They even had to order the tires in. Truly, a masterclass in customer service. It’s been a thrilling 24 hours, and I’m still eagerly awaiting the car’s return. They were so generous in offering no courtesy or resolution, leaving me to enjoy my weekend on the edge of my seat, waiting for them to fix something I had the foresight to mention. Their proactivity is simply unmatched!

   Recently took my Ford Focus in to get my headlight checked as my high beam would not work. Intially was told that I would need to replace the whole headlight but the excellent technicians at Motor Masters found the issue to be with the connector pins and fixed it, saving me from buying a new headlight. The guys at the reception are very friendly and keep you well updated on the work. I would definitely recommend these guys and im definately making this my go to service center.
