   Awful experience in general. My car was taken to this garage as the air con was not working on a Monday. On inspection they said the compressor was not working and needed to be ordered in. The car was left with them as the part was not going to be there until Wednesday. Called up Wednesday multiple times, they then said the part was not going to come until Thursday. Turned up Thursday and despite the the compressor apparently being fixed the air con was still not working! I asked did anyone even turn the air con after allegedly installing the compressor to check if there is air con!. They inspected again and this time said it was a condenser that was leaking and needed a new one to be fixed. Not sure why they couldn't diagnose this in the first place! I was told to take my car back into the garage AGAIN the following week for 1pm on a Wednesday. I advised I will be taking time off work, is this time confirmed and is the part 100 percent going to be here. Turned up Wednesday 1pm, and all I can say this is such a disorganized garage. One of the mechanics first said to me " oh dont know if your part is here" - bearing in mind this garage is far from me so have made multiple trips. Finally they found my part but then said I got to wait and no idea when my car will be seen to. My car was finally put on the ramp at 3pm. Bear in mind, between 1pm and 3pm I was texting calling the owner Awaais so many times as he wasn't there but he chose to ignore me as I heard him on the phone to his staff! 3pm came , cars on the ramp but then the guy who was supposed to be doing my air con then goes upstairs for a hour or so! I asked what is going on, again told to wait. Before arriving , I stressed the important of having a receipt. I was promised by Awais that this would be given to me the next day as he wasn't in the garage that day. Next day I contact Awais for me receipt - and to my shock he then says i basically have to pay for it as he didn't charge VAT! How is that my problem he FAILED to charge VAT. I still have not go my receipt. Screenshot attached. The fact that this garage is s VAT registered business but cuts corners with VAT tells you all you need to know about this garage. And I never write reviews, this is how upsetting this has made me.

   The staff here was incredibly helpful! It was 6:30 PM, and I was desperately looking for the nearest mechanic garage as my car window was stuck. One of the staff members (wish I had caught his name) was so kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person. When I arrived, he resolved the issue within five minutes and didn’t even charge me! Such kindness and professionalism are rare to find. Thank you so much!

   This honest and thorough mechanic was such a great experience. I called coming in late from a flight with a power steering issue and Ramone made sure I was taken care of. His wonderful mechanic Mauricio waited an hour past closing to receive my vehicle. They gave me a detailed diagnostic on what was wrong. And let me know things I might want to address in the future. I couldn’t be more happy with their services. My car is in good hands from now on. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

   Took my Mercedes here today to get all brake pads and discs replaced as well as servicing. They didn’t make me wait too long, they also offer live cameras to watch your car being repaired which is very helpful instead of not knowing anything. It was very reasonably priced, would definitely return and recommend to others
