   DONT GO HERE!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND!! GUY NAMED LORENZO TOOK MY VAN IN FOR TAILIGHT REPAIR. Van came back altered with many problems. My van is a company van and is only 1 year old from manufacture, had no issues. After repair had a knocking engine sound and also had my clutch switched out for a different one. Clutch began slipping. Poor customer service. After calling him up he kept on saying the van is under warranty and there’s no need to worry it’s all covered. Chop shop don’t come here unless you want your car back in 10 pieces ..

   Warning: Do NOT trust this garage! They are complete con artists. I recently went to this garage for a car repair estimate, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They gave me an absolutely outrageous quote of £2,696.80 for the repairs. Suspecting something was off, I decided to get a second opinion from a different garage. Guess what? The other garage quoted me £500 for the exact same job! That’s right, almost 5 TIMES cheaper! Now, here’s where it gets worse. I didn’t even use any of their services—I was simply asking for an estimate. They had the audacity to charge me £60 just for that estimate. Fine, I thought, I'll ask for a refund since I clearly wasn't going to go ahead with their extortionate pricing. I’ve called their office numerous times, explained the situation, and asked for my money back. But no, they REFUSE to give me a refund, despite the fact that I haven’t used a single service from them. This garage is a complete rip-off and clearly preys on unsuspecting customers. Their pricing is dishonest, and their customer service is atrocious. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers—they only care about getting money out of you by any means necessary. I would strongly advise anyone—whether you're going through insurance or paying for repairs out of your own pocket—AVOID this place like the plague. They will overcharge you, refuse to refund you, and provide absolutely no value for your money. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a trustworthy garage that doesn't try to scam you with absurd estimates. Zero integrity, zero professionalism. Avoid at all costs!

Having been boshed on the side before and used a different company who were rubbish, MSC are absolutely the best. They cleaned my car too inside and out when they brought it back.    Charlie and his team were absolutely fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. The service was excellent and the team were very thoughtful. Joanna ordered me a taxi to get to work which was nice and I received the car in an immaculate clean state. Overall fantastic job and I definitely recommend their service!
