Terrible Service. ONE WHOLE MONTH later and still again cancels on the day. Makes all the excuses under the sun, DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT USE. The other Good reviews he has are clearly friends as there is no mention of their vehicle. I'm glad this didn't happen to someone elderly or someone needing their vehicle in a hurry. Shame on you.
Took my motor here as one of my tires on my VW decided to lock up (I am told this is common). Quick fix, affordable and in and out in 20 mins. thanks guys
Ordered parts that ''were in stock.'' After emailing a few times, were told they weren't, and had to chase for weeks to get a refund. Parts that were sent out were wrong, and I had to pay return postage for their mistake. Shocking service.

Never thought buying parts can be such a pain... Ordered a silicon hose kit 4 weeks ago. Didnt get any reply whats so ever for 2 weeks. After 3 emails i finally got a reply that the item i've ordered isnt in stock. Requested a refund and havent heard or recieve anything since then.
