   Spent £2,176 with this company just over a year ago on there new range and the whole experience has been disappointing. We never received the extra table we paid for, but the real issue is the build quality. After around a year of normal use, the seats have developed a huge gap where your lower back should be. The foam has clearly collapsed, leaving no lumbar support at all. Both of us now get back pain from sitting on it, and we’ve had to buy a new sofa elsewhere because this one is unusable. It gets worse. About four months in, the headrest stopped working entirely. When moving the sofa to make space for the replacement, I saw the internal mechanism had ripped out of the frame, with the bolts no longer attached and the structure torn inside. That should never happen on a £2,000+ sofa and i hardly used the headrest anyway. Overall the foam quality and internal build are not what’s described or advertised. For the price paid, the durability just isn’t there. Dont bother spending your money here.

   I found this company when I searched for sofa companies. I looked on they’re website and found some beautiful sofa’s that fitted my needs. I contacted them and they were very courteous and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. I purchased the suite that I wanted and was speedily delivered the following week. The delivery drivers unpacked everything and assembled it in my chosen room and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving and taking all the rubbish away which I didn’t have to dispose of.    Ordered a recliner chair on Thursday and received the delivery today. The lads, Danny and the other chap were a good laugh and so helpful. The sofa was brought inside, unpacked, assembled and the area tidied of rubbish. They did exactly what they promised. Very impressed and will suggest this company to anyone.
