   Ordered bed friday 10th July last week was told delivery would be yesterday Monday the 13th July was told would get phone call hour before delivery no phone call spoke to lady who ordered the bed for me she was told everything was to be delivered today yet again no phone call I tried ringing and phone was turned off I'm not impressed by this company at all they didn't even have decency to ring me and let me know there was a problem

   Bed was late told different times and dates, nightmare then it did come bits missing. back on phone then bed broke after just two days fixed myself as to stressed to deal with them. And to make matters worse promised free gift due to all the stress never came and now not responding, worse shopping experience of my life they need to stop trading and have a rethink at what they are good at as this is not it terrible. .

   Amazing bed and amazing service :) had a few issues with the bed when we first got it, however communication was great from the start and all issues were dealt with the next day ! I highly recommend this company if you are looking to buy a bed!

   This company does not even deserve the one star, purchased a king size ottoman bed, delivery arranged for either Friday or Saturday.... called Friday afternoon to check time to be told would be delivered tuesday, called again Tuesday to be told no will be delivered Thursday after 4pm.... called again Thursday at 5:30pm and was told no won’t be today..... so far as to say I’ve cancelled the order hopefully will be able to get money returned.
