    My stylist was running 20 minutes late, which I understand, but I was then told she didn’t have time to complete my blow dry. I had requested a curly blow but was told there wasn’t enough time because her previous client was late. Instead, I received a rushed, below-standard straight blow dry, with the underneath of my hair still wet. As soon as the next client walked in, my blowdry was done, even though my hair was still wet. I contacted customer service and was told I’d receive a response within two days. After hearing nothing for three weeks, I had to chase them myself, only to receive a simple apology email. Overall, poor service from both the store and customer service team. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Was quite nervous about attending as I currently have an issue with my hair, but I needn’t have worried, the team made me feel at ease from virtually the moment I walked in. A very friendly salon with a genuinely warm vibe. Big thank you in particular to Geraldine who gave me a superb cut, and lots of great advice. Also to the lovely lady who washed my hair, I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, but you were fab!

    It was my first time at Regis Bromborough and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Stephanie was amazing. I had a wash cut and blow and my clip in hair extensions fitted for an event I had that night. Stephanie took her time with making sure to perfect my look. I will definitely be booking again with Stephanie :)

    Amazing hair up for a wedding done by Amanda didn’t budge all day and night , lots of compliments on it . My friend also came to the salon and had a toner and curly blow with Geraldine, her hair looked gorgeous she was made up .
