   Have used James for years as he sorted my vans out. Won’t be using him again. Had to pay for labour and parts upfront , then for him to turn up and not carry the work out. Then told me I would have to wait another week for him to fit the job in. I asked for a full refund and he only gave me the labour money back and said I would have to wait for him to get a refund on the parts for me to then get a full refund. Shocking to be honest.

   **Non Trustworthy** Gave him a call last week to have my car repaired last Tuesday. He did not show up neither answered my calls. As a self employed myself is not fair to miss a working day for someone who’s not going to show up or contact if there’s has been any inconvenience

   Had an engine light on in my car and was very worried about driving it. Called James who popped round the next morning and did a diagnostic plug in to determine what the issue was. It was found that my car needed an 02 lambda sensor thingy. James managed to get me one the SAME day (!) and fitted it for me so I could still make my evening commitments. Never known service like it and will be highly recommending you to all my friends. Thank you once again for helping a damsel in distress!

   James did a service on our family car. From start to finish the service was incredibly professional. His time keeping was fantastic, he kept us informed of any necessary repairs and gave us a time scale that said repairs would need to be carried out in so that we didn’t have to pay out for it all in the same month. We were so impressed we have booked James to carry out the advisory repairs at intervals throughout the next 6 months. Really pleased- thanks again!

   I have a real distrust of car dealerships due to previous bad experience, their ridiculous prices and inconvenience. So I therefore booked James in to service my car. He was on time and was very thorough with the yearly servicing of my car. He even pointed out something that i knew previously needed sorting but hadn't mentioned to him. Can highly recommend and will use again, without hesitation.
