Known this garage for the past 3 years. Prices are the cheapest in Kingston and they will work on your car in no time. Nadeem is a very good mechanic. 100% Recommended

Took my ford cmax to a garage near m25 , the steering was shaking and smoke from front wheels got a quote of £750. Left there and drived slowly to kingston auto repairs, the mechanic took great care and dismantled front brakes , he reconditioned the calipers and slide pins ,fitted new pad , charged me only £75, car works fine brakes well and no shakes. So impressed with there honesty and knowledge that saved me £700. Well done highly recommended. Mikey

Was told to leave the car for two hours. Two taxis and two hours later nothing was done. The mechanic said he was busy and would continue working on another car. The man said it was my fault as I couldn’t say which type was down. Surely they could quickly check as I wouldn’t know! Then it was my fault as they were busy and I’d phoned them only in the morning earlier to ask if they had space which they’d said they had! .. not good at all and not good to blame the customer

Tried to get a quote from the garage to fix part of my car and when I asked them to repeat themselves they sighed and hung up on me, was on the phone for all of 10 seconds! Taking speedy service to a next level!

I used Kingston auto repairs 2 times prior to my latest experience. They were perfect, no complaints at all. But the third time I used them I was told my locking nut broke because who ever put it on before, did it up too tight. I had to take the car to Mercedes as they were to busy, I agreed for the sake of speed. When I got to Mercedes the new locking nut was £35 not £6 like Sam from kingston auto repair quoted. Also the guys at Mercedes said this was a common problem with poor garages as they use the air gun when they shouldn't. This was no problem as these things happen, I will just get the £35 from Sam. He refused and said it wasn't his fault and he should be charging me more. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I had ever had. It was like dealing with a child. Eventually I got £20 cash and called it quits. Mistakes happen, no big deal. But making me pay for the broken part, take my car myself for the broken part, say I'm lucky I wasn't charged more and make me argue to get not all of the money back was ridiculous. Absolutely no integrity at all. All the best guys, I won't be using you again!

I had to write this because I'm not from this area and was visiting a friend when my car broke down right in the middle of the Kingston one way system. It had to be towed and the driver said it was the closest and best shop in the area. With my car getting dropped from a flat bed, I totally expected it to cost me an arm and a leg for repairs. I needed my car to go home. The service was unbelievably fantastic. They made me feel like a guest in a comfortable waiting room with a cup of tea and the remote control to the telly while they promptly repaired the car. I was stunned that the final repair bill was less than I planned to spend on shoes in Kingston that day. The car made the five hour trip back home without issue and is still running admirably. I wish this shop was my local because i would always bring my car to this place. I plan to bring my car here for check ups whenever I'm in the area again, just to avoid ending up in another shop anywhere else. Thank you Sam. You are a life saver :)

A friend of mine has two old rover 600's and he brings them here to get serviced for years. He bought them with over 100,000 miles on each and now has over 200,000 miles on one and almost 200,000 on the other. When I asked him for help in buying a car, he stressed the value in getting a rover 600 and told me as long as I bring it here, I could be sure to see at least another 100,000 before spending the same 400 quid the car would cost. I was sold and bought one. It was the best thing I ever done. I brought it here after purchase for m.o.t and they spotted a few things and charged me peanuts to fix them. I've had the car over two years now and I've only had to bring it in for minor repairs because Sam always keeps it in shape. To date, I've almost got another 100,000 miles on it because I drive to scotland often. My friend was right. With Sam taking care of my car, I haven't come close to spending what the car cost me to keep it running reliably. I highly recommend this shop. The professionalism is exceptional. I will never go to another mechanic ever. Thank you Sam. (wish I knew you sooner)
