   Extremely bad service, the guys here are all so deceptive! Wouldn’t recommend in a 100 years. Honestly you have to take in your car for the same issue to be fixed like 4 times and they keep stringing you along just to get your own work done and it takes weeks to get the tiniest work finish and then it turns out that they would have you get a service done, and either miss out topping your oil up then charge you extra at a later date for what they should’ve done in the first place. Then you’re left with the same issues weeks later and go to another garage and they’ll tell you that the work which was supposedly carried out, wasn’t even done properly! Oh did I mention how they will try to tell you to bring cash or transfer money? Because apparently it costs them £20+ just for one transaction and they’ll happy try to add extra charges just to take your card payment.

   Last year I used this garage to do a last minute MOT and they were very accommodating i called them on the day and they made sure to fit me on for the MOT. This year I had to change a tire at halfords before the MOT was due and I got a free check on the car done by them also. They done the tire and said that I have a leak on my exhaust and that it needed a new catalytic converter and quoted me £1,100. Knowing this i took my car to get an MOT done and they done all checks emissions checks and found that there is an issue with my exhaust but no the catalytic converter so cost of Works would be cheaper. This garage is very helpful, honest and accommodating. If your looking for a garage in Hounslow use this one.

   I’ve been coming to Llaxa Garage for the past three years to repair my car and for the MOT, and the experience has always been excellent. This time, I had an issue with the clutch hydraulic pipe. I was able to contact them and leave the car the next day, and they managed to fix it. I’m really happy with their service and how they treat customers. Highly recommended!

   Despite the good reviews here my experience was totally different. In December I went in to get a diagnostic and the bonnet of my transit van fixed. They charged me for both over £100 but didn't pick up anything despite the turbo definitely being an issue which I then went on to fix somewhere else but the worst thing was that instead of telling me what they could do to fix the bonnet opening mechanism they went ahead without my authority and drilled into the key hole thus causing more damage and expense to get this replaced somewhere else. I didn't ask them for this and yet they said they did the job I requested. Would never use them again.

   What lovely people! They squeezed me in despite being extremely busy. I urgently needed a repair following a failed MOT that same day. No fuss, so polite quick and efficient. It was also much cheaper than Halfords had quoted me. I am going to go there from now on without a doubt!

   Very good mechanics. They helped me get my car sorted which was having a lot of issues and they gave me advices on how to deal with the car dealer who sold me this total scam. They helped me throughout the all process and they actually didn’t even charge me for looking at my car when they discovered what I was going through. I couldn’t have done it without them. They then helped me send the car back and find for me a new car for the price I asked which I LOVE and use it everyday with no problems at all!! They made my life easier. I recommend it!!! 100%

   Finding a mechanic that's trustworthy is like finding a needle in a haystack. Luckily for me I finally found that needle. These guys are not the cheapest but certainly their quality of work and trustworthiness is excellent. Gulshan and Paramjid always take the time to explain any issues in layman terms so I can understand and my vehicle is running great now. Don't hesitate to bring your car here, you won't regret it.
