   I received a "Service Transmission Service Required" message on my 2019 BMW X1 Automatic. I contacted a few garages, but they refused to perform an automatic transmission oil change, stating that the procedure was either too risky or they lacked the necessary expertise. I then contacted Terry at Hounslow Motors, who promptly scheduled a time for me to drop off the car and completed the service perfectly on time. I was using another car service provider, but I will now be switching to Hounslow Motors. Terry is prompt, has a clear understanding of the car's issue, provides an accurate cost estimate, and sets a reliable collection time. He is very friendly and efficient. A big thank you to HML.

   Had the emergency gearbox light come up on the dashboard of my 2017 VW Tiguan which then resulted in only ODD numbered gears available when driving. Got in touch with Terry who was able to help right away. When I arrived he diagnosed it was the clutch sensors and was able to replace both sensors on the same day. Highly recommend to anyone that has the same issue. Very friendly and trustworthy guy.
