   Annual service. I was charged £200 exactly. Round number. I got no paperwork, no receipts for any parts bought, not even a list of what they did. I just have to believe what the mechanic says. They know I know nothing

   Had a full service for my Audi recently and was really surprised how cool guys was doing it. Nice and neat job after all was done they clean up the engine and all around, checked tyre pressure for no extra cost. Very professional

   Recently took one of our company vans (small one) as it was leaking oil from a previous company who "fixed" it for us. We are delighted to have been recommended to Heston Auto Mechanics, they were very welcoming seeing as i didnt give much notice of our arrival. But they were very thorough with their work and explained to me that the previous company we went to for repairs, damaged our van. The heston auto mechanic team were very informative and explained everything in both mechanical form and normal person form so i could understand. We are happy with the service and will certainly use them again! As a business we trust our vans and cars are compatable for the road during working hours, and we feel in safe hands with Heston auto mechanics! its a small family business and very welcoming, i only had to wait for 1 hour, but they gave me a seat to sit and a cup of tea. they certainly know how to make a customer feel heard and understood. Thank you again.

   Very nice mechanic. My car wouldn't start, I don't live too far away from the garage so the mechanic was kind enough to walk to my house and jump start the car. We then drove it to the garage where they diagnosed the problem and said it will take a week to fix. They contacted be just a little earlier than a week and said it was ready. I was running late and the mechanic was kind of enough to wait 40 mins after closing so I can collect the car. Highly recommend.

   Hi I have been using this garage for a number of years now, Daban is a highly skilled mechanic, I have taken a number of vehicles to him and never faced an issue. Honest and trustworthy mechanics who have never done me wrong. Would definitely recommend!

   Bought my car here as I was hearing a loud sound from the enegine & was told its the battery which was then replaced at the cost of £125. Continued to have the same issue & took it back, without getting it on the ramp they established what may be the issue & took £200 cash without a receipt suggesting a part was to be ordered. Its been 2 weeks today since paying and no part has arrived yet. In the mean time took my car elsewhere & they resolved the issue within 2 days. I would not reccommend unless you are looking to waste your time & money. Unprofessional is an understatement & communication is a massive issue. I could go on about all the little issues but I am grateful my £200 was returned in cash. I wouldnt go back.
