    This is the first time I've used The Green Service Centre, and I was very impressed. I took my car there for diagnosis of an intermittent fault. Shaun listened to my description of when the fault occurred, and immediately pinpointed the likely cause. He and his team then carried out detailed checks - including a diagnostic scan and road test - to confirm this and to make sure nothing else was wrong with the car. Shaun took the time to explain clearly everything he and his team had done, and advised me on how to avoid the problem in future. I am very happy with the whole experience, and will definitely be bringing my car here again. Highly recommended!

    I’ve returned to The Green Service Centre several times now, and every visit has been exceptional. Shaun and his team consistently go above and beyond, and their knowledge and professionalism really set them apart. They always take the time to explain things clearly, offer honest advice, and make sure the job is done right. It’s rare to find a team that’s both highly skilled and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly what you’ll find here. I couldn’t recommend Shaun and his crew more. outstanding service every time!

    Third time I’ve used the green service centre for my car and I always leave 10/10 satisfied. Sean booked my car in very last minute which I was so appreciative of , wasn’t sure if my car battery needed replacing or just a charge up but Sean went through all the details and informed me that it needed to be replaced . Always provides paperwork and explains everything if I don’t understand , I’ll never take my car anywhere else after finding this garage , if you want honesty and reliability then take your car here you won’t get disappointed !

    Second time using this garage to have my cars MOT done and a service this time too and I’m very happy with the service ive received , very honest and reliable garage in my opinion and Sean is lovely , very informative before any work is done and not pushy at all like some garages I’ve been to in the past . Will definitely keep coming here from now on .

    Due to a mutual loss of trust, the team at The Green SC (Now 'Turner Automotive'; they are the new owner and their sign is on the facade) is rejecting me as customer, after me using them (well, under the old owner) for the last .. 25 years. My bonnet release catch lever was not broken when I dropped the car on Sunday evening; 24 hours later I noticed it is snapped off. How that happened has been the subject of extensive discussion. I shall get it repaired elsewhere, and at greater expense to myself; it'll cost more than the MOT I originally went in for. (Turner Automotive offered these explanations for the damage: "It must have fallen off when you drove home"; "Cold weather made the plastic brittle" – but not when with them; "Italian car / Alfa Romeo159" – "Happens all the time with Alfas". – It looks pretty strong to me and not had the same thing happen on previous three Alfa Romeos. Finally, their man told me where the missing piece was, in the front of the car; see photo.) If they'd sorted this out they'd have got a good review and I'd have continued as a customer. Edit in June, 4 months later: I did wonder if The Green owner would get back to me after this review, but nothing. A neighbour in our 'Covid What's App group' asked if anyone knew a good garage and someone suggested 'The Green' (under the old management). I quickly referred the whole group – 70 or 80 households – to my review here and so then neighbour went to Grays on Grove Av Twickenham instead, and was delighted at service and price. So that's three cars that The Green has lost because of this experience. 25/9/21. Booked wife's Clio in elsewhere for its MOT, next Thursday. Used to bring it the The Green for MOT and a service; not any more.

    Local business which I've been using for years. They've always been brilliant with my cars. Recently changed ownership, car MOT done. Due to Covid there was a long wait for appt but checked car in at 9am and phone call at 10:20am to say I could collect.

    They are very honest and they provide a first class service for a good price. They even collected a broken down car and delivered it back when repaired (locally) at no extra cost. I highly recommend them and will use them again going forward.

    After reading reviews I had high hopes. However, having worked on my car and charged me Β£200+ the problem had not gone away. When I called back I was confronted by a rude chap (I assume the owner) who blamed me for the car taking up a lot of his mechanics time, and that it was impossible to fix my car. I have since taken it to another garage and fixed no problem. Disappointing.

    My 1st time using this vehicle centre. Took my Toyota in for annual service. Friendly and polite team of skilled mechanics. Efficient honest and professional work. Great prices. Very happy and will definitely use again. Highly recommend.
